1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 32,371,720 and KRW 30,170,359 among them, per annum from June 3, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. On June 9, 2008, the Plaintiff made a loan to the Defendant on a set of June 9, 2008, 5 million won per annum, 21% per annum, due date for repayment, and October 9, 2010, and thereafter made an additional agreement on the limit transaction amounting to KRW 30 million. Accordingly, the Plaintiff sought reimbursement of the principal and interest of the loan.
