1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 70,000,00 and 5% per annum from March 1, 2015 to August 25, 2016.
Reasons

(a) Development of the distribution industry of the defendant corporation: Judgment by service of public notice (Articles 208 (3) 3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act);
(b) The defendant corporation's gender industry: the judgment that is deemed as white (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act)
