Punishment of the crime
On February 16, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.074% of blood alcohol concentration on February 23:13, 2015, driven a Bnish car from approximately 500 meters away from the front side of the National Bank located in the Advanced Mine-gu to the front side of the Samsung Motor Vehicle located in the Gwangju Mine-gu.
