A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.
The seized evidence Nos. 1 through 7, 9 through 20 shall be from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. A. Around October 2015, the Defendant purchased 1.5 million won in cash in the name of purchase of phiphones from Heungdong-dong, Sungdong-dong, which is a medicine of a psychotropic spirit (i.e., a single phiphone; hereinafter “phiphone”) and three phiphones using a single phiphone with approximately three grams of phiphones.
2) On March 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sent 1.5 million won of the purchase price of a telephone to D using a high-speed bus bus line from F located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) purchased chophones by using a high-speed bus bus line with approximately three grams of a telephone; and (c) purchased chophones by using a high-speed bus line.
B. On October 2015, the Defendant administered a philophone on nine occasions in total in the same manner as attached Table 1. From around that time until March 28, 2016, the Defendant administered 0.1g of philophones in the mutual influence in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu, by drinking the philophones in the manner of drinking in water.

At around 11:30 on March 28, 2016, the Defendant, who possesses phiphones, stored approximately 1.88g of phiphones in a bank in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “H” telephones 1102.
2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
(a) On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant smoked marijuana in the pipe for smoking marijuana made from the mutual influence of Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, by inserting approximately one smoking minute (one smoking minute); and (b) holding the smoke generated by attaching a fire into the pipe for smoking marijuana; and (c) the Defendant smoked it from around that time to January 2016.
2. As described, marijuana was smoked four times in total.
B. At around 11:30 on March 28, 2016, the Defendant, holding marijuana, posted approximately 36.84gs of marijuana in a bank from 1102 Hu “H” Ma, Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G.
3. The Defendant is a thief.
