The facts of the cause of claim and the changed cause of claim do not conflict between the parties or can be acknowledged according to each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 9 (the defendant stated that the cause of claim does not dispute at the second date of pleading on August 30, 2018). The defendant's claim under the protocol of pleading No. 1 against the plaintiff was extinguished by the plaintiff's declaration of offset.

Therefore, compulsory execution based on the protocol of mediation of Paragraph (1) of this Article shall not be permitted, so the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
