On April 23, 2017, at around 10:40, the Defendant assaulted the victim by breaking the head of the victim's loss while making a dispute over whether or not the Defendant has the money to be reduced to the victim.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. On July 3, 2017, after the prosecution of this case, the injured person expressed his intention not to punish the Defendant.
