A. 1) The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The Defendant, the mother of the Plaintiff, used the Plaintiff’s credit card and promised to pay monthly credit card bills to the Plaintiff’s account. From November 6, 2013 to January 29, 2014, two copies of the Plaintiff’s credit card under the Plaintiff’s name (i.e., one S Cases and new cards; hereinafter “each of the instant credit cards”).

(2) The Plaintiff, on behalf of the Defendant, is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the credit card payment amount of KRW 18,266,110, including principal and fees, and the principal of the credit card payment to be paid in the future is KRW 10,121,492, on the ground that: (a) the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the credit card payment of KRW 28,387,602 (=18,26,110,100, including principal and fees; (b) the credit card payment of KRW 28,738,144, which was paid by the Plaintiff from March 2014 to January 2015; and (c) the amount of the credit card payment to be paid in the future is KRW 10,121,492, under an agreement with the Plaintiff.

B. Determination 1) The Defendant prepared for the opening of the FHebol (hereinafter “instant beauty shop”) located in Jung-gu, Daegu E-gu, S210 and S211 from February 2013, and commenced the operation of the business after registering the business as the representative of Nonparty G on March 1, 2013, with the registration of the business as the representative of Nonparty G on March 1, 2013.

B) The Defendant, using the Plaintiff’s respective credit cards, paid the operating expenses, etc. of the beauty art room of this case, from March 2013 to February 2014, and paid the Plaintiff the amount of credit card usage notified by the Plaintiff to the Defendant via text messages. C) The Defendant and Nonparty C, who is de facto marital relationship with the Defendant, using each of the instant credit cards from November 6, 2013 to January 29, 2014.
