강제추행
The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around 08:00 on April 24, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by discovering the victim D(32 years of age and female) suffering from nuclear spons in the C bus moving from the Myeon and Myeon and Myeon and Dong in Seoul, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim’s left knife and knife on the part of the victim’s knife with sexual flag installed and knife.
2. The facts charged in the instant case are the crimes falling under Article 298 of the former Criminal Act (amended by Act No. 11574, Dec. 18, 2012) and can be prosecuted only upon the victim’s complaint under Article 306 of the same Act.
However, since the victim revoked the defendant's complaint on July 3, 2013, which was after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
