1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 32,061,268 and KRW 31,516,243 among them, per annum from November 9, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 27.9% per annum from November 9, 2016 to the date of full payment, and is so decided as per Disposition.
