1. The defendant is based on the sale on June 6, 1987 with respect to 298 square meters in Cheongong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

Reasons

1. On June 6, 1987, the Plaintiff purchased the above real estate and the above real estate from the Defendant for KRW 450,000 (the primary cause of claim) and from that time, occupied the above real estate in a peaceful and public performance manner with the intention to own it for 20 years or longer up to that day, and the prescriptive acquisition has been completed.
