The defendant shall order the defendant to complete 40 hours of sexual assault treatment programs.

1. At around 02:20 on September 21, 2014, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion: (a) on the second floor toilet of the building located in Won-si, the victim D (26 years of age) who was frightened in the singing room to commit an indecent act by force; (b) the victim opened the victim’s inside door with the driver’s left hand, opened the victim’s neck with the victim’s neck, and prevented the victim from resisting the victim; and (c) committed indecent act by force on the part of the victim’s left chest, and by force on the two occasions.

In the above time, at the same place, the injured Defendant: (a) pushed the victim of the defect that the victim attempted to get out of the toilet and walked with the victim; and (b) walked with the victim’s face and head, and walking with the victim several times due to the victim’s walking, the victim’s face and head were in need of approximately two weeks of treatment; and (c) was inleeped around the snow pool and snow surrounding areas.
