[Criminal Records] The defendant was punished by a fine of three million won for larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court on April 5, 2010, and the same year

One year and six months of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Western District Court on October 23, 2012; one million won of a fine for larceny at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 23, 2012; and one million won of a fine at the same court on January 15, 2015; and one million won of a fine at the same court on the same crime;

6.9. A fine of KRW 500,000 for the same crime at the Seoul Northern District Court; a fine of KRW 500,000 for the same crime at the Daejeon District Court on October 22 of the same year; a fine of KRW 500,000 for the same crime; and a fine of KRW 5,00,000 for the habitual larceny from Ansansan Support on January 19, 2016 to a flood.

On April 10, 201, the Seoul Northern District Court was sentenced to a fine of two million won for larceny, respectively, and on April 10, 2013, was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Changwon District Court's Msan Branch, and on April 27, 2014, had many records of the same kind, including the completion of the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison.

[2] The criminal facts are habitually committed by the Defendant in the state that he/she lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to theft walls and dementia, etc.; around June 22, 2016, around 15:33, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim D in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with goods in the “E Emart” store operated by the victim D; and (b) placed 15,000 won of the market price displayed at that place in the same year, and stolen 15,000 won of the total market price of the empis in front.

5. From around 21. to February 16, 2017, 6,276,736 won in total were stolen on 15 occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around 21. to around 16.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced twice or more to larceny, and habitually stolen another's property within three years after the execution of the sentence was completed.
