On May 16, 2012, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and KRW 2 million for the same crime at the same court on October 27, 2015.

On June 8, 2016, at around 20:54, the Defendant driven a Bmbb constitutional drick drive from around approximately 600 meters section to around the lower end of the U.S. military base located near the U.S. in the U.S. of the Gwangju Mine-dong, Gwangju, to the day before the U.S. military base in the same Gu.
