1. The Defendant’s KRW 500,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from July 30, 2015 to May 10, 2016.
1. The basis for the request;
A. The Plaintiff supplied goods equivalent to KRW 28,892,380,000 to B (hereinafter “B”) from April 29, 2015 to June 30, 2015.
B. The Plaintiff’s price for goods that was not paid by B as of June 30, 2015 is KRW 22,581,880,000.
C. On July 8, 2015, the Defendant jointly and severally guaranteed the goods payment obligation against the Plaintiff.
As a joint and several surety, the defendant shall be liable to pay 500,000,000 won out of the unpaid goods price of 22,581,880,000 won and delay damages therefor.
