임차보증금반환
1. The defendant shall pay 18,50,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 5, 2014 to the day of complete payment.
The Plaintiff, on February 7, 2003, leased the lease deposit of KRW 22,00,000,000 from the Defendant on February 7, 2003 by setting the lease deposit of KRW 301,00,000 for KRW 222,00,00,000 for lease deposit, and the lease contract was terminated on February 7, 2007, and the Plaintiff delivered the above real estate to the Defendant, and the Plaintiff received KRW 3,50,00,00 from the lease deposit.
According to the above facts, since the above lease contract was terminated upon the expiration of the period, the defendant must return to the plaintiff the balance of the lease deposit amount of KRW 18.5 million.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
