B is a person who operates “D” on the 3rd floor of the C Building in light of light, and Defendant A is an employee of the said “D”.

1. From June 8, 2017 to June 28, 2017, Defendant B: (a) received 120,000 won of the price for sexual traffic from an unspecified customer who visited the said “D” from the said “D”; (b) informed the female employee as a smuggling; and (c) provided sexual intercourse with the female employee by allowing the female employee to engage in sexual intercourse with the female customer.

On June 28, 2017, around 23:20, Defendant A arranged sexual traffic by allowing customers visiting “D” to receive KRW 120,000 won for sexual traffic and to enter into “D”, and providing guidance to female employees E (V, 35 years old) to engage in sexual intercourse with customers, and allowing them to engage in sexual intercourse with customers.
