However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Around 07:00 on March 7, 2016, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant, located in Busan Seo-gu C Apartment-gu, Busan, about 204, dealt with the issue of divorce with the victim D (age 45) who is the husband of the non-resident, and had the victim E (age 44) who is the female living together in the victim D contact with the victim E (age 44).

The defendant, who had a relation with the victims and a verbal dispute with them, was in the first place and brought a kitchen knife (the total length of 32.5 cm and 20.5 cm) which is a deadly weapon with the victim's will, after going up on the part of the victim D, who has come up on the part of the victim D, and entered the same kitchen knife with both hand, and the chest part of the victim D's chest part once.

On April 11, 2016, at around 18:25, the Defendant 2016, at the main point of “G” operated by the victim E in Busan Y, the Defendant: (a) resisted with the Defendant’s husband to the victim living together; and (b) resisted with the Defendant’s husband, the Defendant her husband, and led the victim to a large amount of disturbance, such as “the victim cannot enter the said main point; (c) the police officer called “the report to the police”; and (d) coming from the said main point at around 20:16 on the same day, at around 20:30 on the same day; and (c) coming from the said main point, at around 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant got the victim unable to enter the said main point by not later than 21:00 on the same day, and let the said customer enter the said main point; or (d) left the said main place.

Accordingly, the defendant's main business by force is the victim's business.
