1. On December 29, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven a BK7 car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.092% at around 17:37, and transferred the two-lane road in front of Kimpo City along the two-lane in the direction of gold-line one teacher distance in the direction of D.

Since there is a cross-section, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely proceed by taking into account the situation of the front and right-hand traffic.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected such duty of care, was driven by the victim E (the 36-year-old) who was proceeding directly from the left-hand side of the Defendant’s right-hand side of the F SP car, which was driven by the victim E (the 36-year-old).

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim G (the 40-year old), the victim H (the 8-year old), and the victim I (the 5-year old-age), respectively, by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, such as salt ties and tensions that require approximately two weeks medical treatment.

2. On February 8, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million for a fine of KRW 1 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act, at the Busan District Court’s Busan District Court’s Branch Branch.

The Defendant was driving B K7 cars under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.092% from the 3km section from the roads in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to the front roads in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
