【Criminal Facts】

On February 12:30, 2019, the Defendant infringed upon the victim C’s house located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, through open gate, to which he had been kept in his house, and subsequently stolen KRW 3.50,000,000 in cash owned by the victim and kept in his house.

On February 2, 2019, around 13:00, the Defendant invadedd the victim E’s house located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, through open gate, to the house, and then stolen the wall with the cash of KRW 300,000,000, which is the ownership of the victim.

On March 14, 2019, around 14:00, the Defendant infringed upon the Victim G house located in F at the time of Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, through open gate, to the house of the victim, and came to theft with cash of the amount of unclaimed money owned by the victim from the machine located in the wall.

At around 11:30 March 30, 2019, the Defendant opened a gate and intruded into the gate by the key located next to the entrance, and the Defendant was kept under custody of the gate.
