The costs of appeal are assessed against the plaintiffs.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court determined that the indirect cost incurred by the extension of the construction period was already reflected in the contract amount which the Plaintiffs and the Defendant agreed to as the 13th modified contract, and that the indirect cost claimed by the Plaintiffs as additionally incurred due to the extension of the construction period was waived.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the above determination by the court below is justifiable. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, it did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against the law of logic and experience, by misapprehending the legal principles on the pleading of major facts, by exercising the right

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
