1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,017,304 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 21, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, on October 1, 2015, the part on which the creditor claims for damages for delay of 20% per annum from among the plaintiff's claims for partial dismissal is limited to the changed statutory interest rate, since the statutory interest rate applied after October 1, 2015 has been changed to 15% per annum due to the amendment of the Special Act on the Promotion, etc. of Litigation.
3. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
