1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 5,298,770 with respect to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from January 23, 2019 to July 25, 2019.

Defendant E Union (hereinafter “Defendant E”) operates the Internet website called “E” as an online newspaper enterpriser, and Defendant D is Defendant E’s reporter.
G주식회사(이하 ‘G’이라고만 한다)의 직원인 피고 B은 자신이 G회사 H 노조위원장 등 3명으로부터 성추행 피해를 입었다고 E에 제보하면서 그 제보내용과는 관련이 없는 사진, 즉 아래와 같이 원고가 2015. 10.경 G 원장(여성)과 서로 얼굴을 가까이 마주 보고 입에 꽈배기를 문채 장난치는 듯한 모습의 사진(이하 ‘이 사건 사진’이라 한다)을 제공하였다.
On January 23, 2019, Defendant D posted “I”’s information, etc. on the E website as Defendant B’s title. The contents of the article include: (a) as a result of gathering G Human Resources Development Institute’s female employees JC, (b) as a result of sexual harassment, Defendant D committed sexual harassment, such as kising JC’s kis; and (c) even, Defendant D her kiscing and kiscing the female employees upon deduction at a workshop or sports competition, etc.; (d) even her kiscing and kiscing the female employees under the pretext of a game, or her kiscing the other employees. ② K agent continued physical contact and sexual harassment. ③ As it was not related to the Plaintiff or the instant photograph. In the middle of the article, the article published the instant photograph along with the expression “the game in which the issue of causing sexual harassment was deducted.”
The Plaintiff resisted to Defendant E with respect to the instant pictures, and Defendant E replaced the instant pictures with the pictures of the Hoon Chairman on the following day.
On the other hand, the H Trade Union Chairperson, K agency, and L agency, which have become an actual problem in the above article, seems to have been subject to personnel measures through internal audits, etc.
The Plaintiff was enrolled in G on December 6, 1993 and is currently serving until now. The Plaintiff is hospitalized with acute stress reaction from January 25, 2019 to February 7, 2019, immediately after the publication of the instant article.
