1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is the party to the instant apartment complex in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu and 125 (Seoul-dong), Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 125 (Seoul-dong). The Plaintiff is the party to the instant apartment complex.
(2) In order to manage 11 households and ancillary facilities, Defendant Lon Housing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Lon Housing”) is an executory company that constructed and sold the instant apartment, and Defendant Mynish Construction Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Mynish Construction Co., Ltd.”) and the Khyn Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Mynish”) are a contractor who performed a new construction work of the instant apartment from Defendant Lon Housing under a contract with Defendant Lon Housing.
(C) The name of the Defendant’s Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation”) was changed from the Defendant’s Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation”) to the “Korea Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation” pursuant to Article 4 of the Addenda to the Housing and Urban Fund Act;
Defendant Guarantee Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Guarantee Corporation”).
B) On November 26, 2012, the Defendant’s Guarantee Corporation and the Defendant’s Guarantee Corporation entered into each of the instant warranty contracts (hereinafter “each of the instant warranty contracts”) as indicated in the following [Attachment 1], and issued each of the warranty contracts (hereinafter “each of the instant warranty contracts”) under each of the instant warranty contracts. The Defendant’s Guarantee Corporation issued each of the warranty contracts under each of the instant respective warranty contracts.
