However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On June 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed approximately 67 square meters in the name of “Gmasta site” on the F5th floor of Kuak-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) employed employees H, I, etc. to operate a sexual traffic business establishment.

Around 18:40 on June 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) instructed the said I to take 1.30,000 won and to make the said J and once sexual intercourse; (b) from June 22, 2014 to June 20:5, 2014, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by allowing approximately 25 customers and the said employees to engage in commercial sex acts, and by raising sales equivalent to KRW 3.25,00,00 by allowing them to engage in commercial sex acts.

However, the sentence shall be determined as ordered in consideration of the fact that the defendant is wrong during the period of detention, or all the conditions of sentencing, such as the period and scale of the business of arranging sexual traffic, and profits, which are shown in pleadings.
