A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, a person who was working as the president of the GGK of the “Stock Company D,” an illegal multi-level company, was recruited to receive investment money from many unspecified persons under the pretext of paying high profits exceeding the principal while operating a multi-level company under pre-registered multi-level business with the actual operator of the said company, E, adviser F, G, H, I, etc., under the pre-registered multi-level business.

Nevertheless, the above E, F, G, H, I, and J did not register multi-level marketing business, and established 86 total plates and 401 agencies nationwide, including Seoul, Gyeonggi-si and the third floor from June 3, 2013 to June 2, 2015, and established 86 units and 401 units nationwide, including Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do. Accordingly, the Defendant appears to have written indictment on January 24, 2014.
From the beginning, Kimhae-si established the Gimhae General Team to take charge of the role corresponding to the class, and participated in the operation of the company.
The persons related to the above companies including the Defendant explained the recruitment of members through the head office, the general sales office, and the agencies affiliated with the general sales board, etc., and recruited multi-level sales clerks with the purport that, “If 9.......................... are paid to the company’s business leasing sound vibration, 1,2760,000 won per year, and 7.7 million won are paid to the company’s business leasing business leasing 1,0450,000 won per year, and 3,40,000 won per year if 26,000,000 won is paid to the company’s business leasing labbs.”
Persons related to the above companies, including the defendant, are recruited by multi-stage salesmen for many and unspecified persons, and (1) are affiliated with the general sales or agencies.
