A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who has been in charge of academic, social, and scientific guidance from July 1, 2013 to January 5, 2014 in “D” located in the Dong Sea C from July 1, 2013 to January 5, 2014.
1. Indecent acts by compulsion against victims E;
A. In early August 2013, the Defendant, at the time of early 2013, posted the learning log to the victim E (the age of 11) who was unfolded in the above D 4 p.m., thereby committing an indecent act by force against the victim by inserting his fingers into the victim E (year 11).
B. The Defendant, at the time of October 2013, expressed that the Defendant would help the victim who was unfolded of learning papers in the above D 4 room in the above D 2013, put his hand into the victim’s inner part, and talked with his chest, and committed an indecent act by force against the victim by exposing her hand from the tampt on the side of the tampt.
C. The Defendant, at the end of December 2013, 2013, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by inserting his son at the victim’s seat at the victim’s time.
2. Indecent acts by compulsion against the victim F;
A. At around 14:30 on December 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent the e in which the Defendant sent the son on the wall in the foregoing D 4 room; (b) the victim F (11) was the victim “I see why she is?”; and (c) the victim was the victim “I see why she is about why she would be able to write his/her hand in the victim’s post-sitius; and (d) the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by force.
B. On December 25, 2013, around 14:30 on December 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated the victim’s “not being able to have teaching materials but to do so; (b) did not have to do so;” (c) included the hand in the victim’s inner part; and (d) committed an indecent act by force against the victim.
3. On January 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion against the victim G by compulsion on January 16, 2014, on the part of the victim G (the age of 11) who reads materials sealed in the above D D 4, committed indecent act by force against the victim G (the age of 11) by inserting her hand into the victim’s post-surves.
