From February 2003 to October 20, 207, the Defendant served as an employee who manages the corporation’s business funds in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C (State).

The Defendant is a new bank account with only BC card settlement account (Account Number E, Gu Choung BankF) from among the accounts in which the food price paid by customers by credit card is deposited at the “D” restaurant, which is the place of business of the above company. Even after retirement, the Defendant had a passbook of the said new bank account by forging a written request for deposit to withdraw the said account by forging it.

1. On October 25, 2007, the Defendant forged a private document forgery or uttering of a private document, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and submitted it to the employees of the above bank counter as if they were genuinely formed, and forged and exercised a written request for deposit under the name of C (State) over 176 times in all the contents indicated in the separate document list from the date of the crime committed no later than December 2, 2010, stating that “E”, “60,000”, and “C (State)” in the face number column of the paper for the deposit at the original point of the new bank located in ancient city.

2. On October 25, 2007, at the original branch of the said new bank, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the employees of the bank counter as if he had been duly formed with the right to withdraw the deposit of the said company account, and received 600,000 won of C’s deposit from the employee in charge of the said management from the time to December 2, 2010, and received 98,960,000 won in total over 176 times, as described in the attached list of crimes, from the time to December 2, 2010.
