A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA Lone Star vehicle.
On April 26, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at around 20:20, while driving it, and proceeded with a road that is not divided into a lane of 137 in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, the discharge pipe, at the port of Ulsan-gun, with a speed of about 20km from Samsung SDI to SDI, at a speed of about 10km.
