1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 43,801,779 and Defendant B with respect thereto from January 1, 2014 to July 21, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings by Partial Dismissal. Only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 shall be recognized.
