1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be the principal lawsuit.
Reasons
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as that of the part concerning the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
(2) The court below's decision is just and there is no ground to dismiss all appeals against the principal lawsuit and counterclaim of this case. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
