1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 58,050,921 and the amount of KRW 29,817,080 from August 18, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment without Oral Pleadings) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the provisions of Article 208 (3) 1.
