The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On August 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by the Defendant on the grounds that the Defendant, within a public entertainment bar located in C in C where the Defendant was engaged in drinking alcohol on the Defendant’s side table table (68 years old); and (b) the Defendant, on the grounds that the Defendant d (68 years old) talked with the Defendant’s singing, he took a bath for the victim; and (c) assaulted the victim in both hands.
