1. The defendant shall pay 30,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from July 1, 2007 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: A claim for the payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 25% per annum from July 1, 2007 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the date of the last installment payment agreement with the plaintiff lending 30 million won to the defendant on December 27, 2004 and the day following the date of last installment payment with respect thereto.
