In full view of all the sentencing factors, including the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, environment, circumstances after the crime, etc., the lower court’s sentence is too unreasonable, and thus, cannot be deemed unfair, in light of the following: (a) the Defendant was led to the confession of the Defendant; (b) the Defendant did not agree with the victim; and (c) the victim did not recover from damage; and

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
