A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 00:54 on August 4, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) operated an E-5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.136% while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license for a vehicle driving license for about 2km section from the front of the road located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the front of the D apartment in the same city.
2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time and place indicated in the above 1.1. paragraph (1) above, when driving a k5-car as stated in the above 1. paragraph, the Defendant was a relative who did not live together with a usual person who was requested to present his identification card, and was a resident registration number of the Defendant’s H as his resident registration number.
Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration number unlawfully.
3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above 1. Paragraph 1. The Defendant, as stated in the above 2. Paragraph 2., took place as if he had been I, signed the “I” in the signature column of the Statement on the Actual Statement of Exemplary, which was presented by G in the above patrolman without authority, and presented it to the above police officer who is unaware of the fact.
Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature for the purpose of exercising it, and exercised it.
4. The Defendant, as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1., was engaged in the above patrolman as if he were I, at the time and at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph 1., and the Defendant stated in the foregoing paragraph 2., and refers to the first resident registration number. In fact, the police officer believed to do so was connected to the police police police computer network to enter the results of the Defendant’s drinking test and the said I’s personal information into the police police computer network, and then requested the driver to sign the Defendant, the Defendant’s signature was submitted to the above PDA with the electronic signature “I.”
Accordingly, the defendant will conduct business affairs.
