1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) against the instant principal lawsuit and counterclaim are dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be the principal lawsuit.
The reasoning of the judgment of this court is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, and such reasoning is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
(The grounds for appeal by the Defendant are not significantly different from the allegations in the first instance court, and in light of the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the first instance court, the fact-finding and judgment in the first instance court is justifiable, and there is no error as alleged by the Defendant as the grounds for appeal). The Defendant’s appeal against the principal claim and counterclaim in this case are dismissed as all without merit.
