1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 24, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff, on two occasions in 2009, lent to the defendant a sum of KRW 1.3 million and KRW 2.3 million each, and received cash custody certificate and a loan certificate, but did not repay this.
Therefore, the Plaintiff seek the payment of each of the above loans and the damages for delay from the day following the delivery date of the copy of the complaint of this case.
2. Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act for a judgment based on an constructive confession.
