Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and C, the husband of a female, are the actual owners of Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-do, and eight real estate (hereinafter referred to as the "real estate of this case") from the auction (hereinafter referred to as the "auction of this case") by Youngcheon District Court Young-gu Branch D, and Defendant B is the fraud of Defendant A.
Despite the fact that the Defendants concluded a lease agreement with C or exchanged a lease deposit, the Defendants paid out the secured debt equivalent to KRW 450 million of the rental housing, which was set forth in the order of first priority, to the instant real estate, and received the transfer of the said secured debt under Defendant B’s name. On November 17, 2011, the Defendants filed an application for the auction of the instant real estate with the said auction procedure.

On December 201, Defendant A, at the second-class office of Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Incheon District Court, in relation to the auction case of this case, Defendant A entered “50 million won” and “A” in the column of the application for the report of rights and the request for the distribution of rental deposits kept therein, and attached a false lease contract document prepared in advance with the lessorF, lessee, etc. on May 29, 2011, which was signed and kept in advance, attached to the above court’s name and the second-class employee of the auction of this case by submitting the above documents. On February 1, 201, Defendant B interfered with the fair auction of the auction case of this case by fraudulent means by stating that the auction case of this case was “50 million won,” at the same time, at the same place as Defendant B(1) and in the column of the report of rights and the request for the distribution of rental deposits, “50 million won,” and “51 million won” as the date of lease deposit.
30. 30. The copy of the false lease contract drawn up by the lessor F, lessee B, etc. is attached, and the above documents are submitted to the two employees in the name of the above court who was unaware of the fact, thereby fraudulent means.
