A. As to the real estate ownership of G 1,736 square meters and H 109 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”), the Plaintiffs shared 22/990 shares, and I shared 198/990 shares, respectively.

B. On October 2002, Jeju-si, Jeju-si, an implementation plan for the J Urban Development Project was formulated under the Urban Development Act with respect to the area of 430,000 square meters in Seoul-si, including the instant land, and on September 17, 2003, Jeju-do announced the implementation plan for the J Urban Development Project and the implementation plan to Jeju-do public notice L with the approval of the implementation plan and the implementation plan.

C. On February 1, 2005, Jeju City acquired ownership by completing the registration of ownership transfer of the shares of co-owners on the ground of land expropriation on August 12, 2004 with respect to the land of this case, which was executed on August 12, 2004.

In accordance with the Special Act on Jeju-do Administrative System, which was enacted on January 11, 2006, the defendant comprehensively succeeded to the affairs and property of Jeju-do.

E. As the process of the instant project regarding the instant land is completed on February 13, 2007, the land cadastre of the instant land was closed, and the land category and lot number of the instant land and its surrounding site designated as J Urban Development Project M was N, 5,610 square meters at Jeju-si, and 2,973 square meters at Jeju-si.

The defendant completed the registration of ownership preservation on the above land in Jeju District Court No. 15059, Feb. 20, 2007.

(2) The instant land was excluded from the general sale object of developed land, which was designated as a place for transferring P. However, as the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province was launched on July 1, 2006, the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province decided to remain in the Jeju City where P and Q were located in the Jeju City due to the incorporation of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
