The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiff.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court determined that the Defendant was a company in substance identical to A, and it is difficult to view it as a company established to discharge its obligations, such as indemnity money.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there are no errors in the misapprehension of legal principles as to a corporate juridical person, incomplete hearing, omission in judgment,
