Punishment of the crime
On March 3, 2013, at around 02:40, the Defendant, who was solicited to return home from police officers D, on the front side of the Seo-gu Seoul District District District B located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant “crop ring, whether he was erroneous, or bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the public safety and maintenance of order by breaking his neck with both hand.
