1. The bankruptcy claim of the Plaintiff Company A against the Plaintiff Company B is KRW 412,665,318 and KRW 100,00,000 among them.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”) and Defendant D, E, F, G, and B’s business agreements, etc. (i) H 1,693 square meters in Guri-si (hereinafter “instant land”) are Defendant D, E, F, G, and B (hereinafter “instant owner”).

(2) On March 28, 2011, Nonparty I, Defendant D 55/2, 292, Defendant G 172/2, 292, Defendant F31/2, 292, Defendant E31/2, 292, B7/2, 292, I 166/2,292, and 166/292, each of the instant owners held shares. (2) The instant building owner under the following business agreement: (a) on March 28, 201, the instant building owner newly constructed and sold neighborhood facilities on the ground of the instant land with Plaintiff A and the instant land; (b) the instant building owner under the business agreement:
