Defendant

A is a person operating “E” in Daegu Northern-gu D, and Defendant B and Defendant C are employees of the above E.

No one shall repair, distribute, lease, award, or use any medical device that did not obtain manufacturing permission or file a report, and even if it was prohibited from manufacture, import, repair, storage, or display for the purpose of sale, lease, provision, or use, the Defendants were willing to purchase and sell one name card manufactured by printing numbers and pictures in a special form of optical material on the back of the drum card and contact lenses, which is a medical device recognizable therefor, from the manufacturing industry.

At the above office around December 2, 2014, the Defendants advertised the title “E” on the NAV’s website, etc., Defendant A received KRW 120,000,000 from G in contact with the former, and deposited the said title in the name of the Defendant No. 120,000,000 won around December 10, 2014; KRW 20,000,000 around January 15:26, 2015; KRW 11:39 around January 18, 2015; KRW 200,000 in package delivery cards around September 39, 2015; and KRW 200,000 in package delivery cards around September 19, 2015; and KRW 2074,74,000 in the name of the Defendant No. NAC. 3333, Jan. 19, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to sell contact lenses worth KRW 9 million in total at the market price, which is a medical device that did not obtain a manufacture permit from around December 2013 to February 2015, and did not file a manufacture report.
