The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

The facts charged of the instant case stated that “the Defendant, at around 11:15 on March 9, 2015, set up against the assault of the victim C in front of the M&D Co., Ltd., the head was received once, and the Defendant expressed his intent that he does not want the punishment after the prosecution.” As such, the prosecution of the instant case is dismissed.
