Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the defendant did not submit the basic personal information to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 30 days from February 20, 2020 without justifiable grounds.

1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;
1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order;
