1. The defendant shall pay 180,800,000 won to the plaintiff and 18% per annum from September 8, 2013 to the day of complete payment.
1. The following facts are acknowledged in full view of evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as well as the purport of the entire pleadings.
① On December 30, 2011, the Plaintiff lent KRW 202,300,000 to the Defendant on December 30, 2012 due date for payment, KRW 5% per annum, and overdue interest rate of KRW 18% per annum.
② The Defendant repaid the principal amount of KRW 21,500,000 among the above loans and KRW 11,800,600 as agreed until September 7, 2013.
2. According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the outstanding principal of KRW 180,800,000 (=202,300,000 - 21,500,000) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 18% per annum from September 8, 2013 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff.
3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and acceptable.
