Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM3 car.
1. Around 03:50 on April 24, 2019, the Defendant driven the said SM3 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of approximately 0.207% of blood alcohol concentration at a distance of about 500 meters from the Do near Osan-si to the roads front of the Egypt in Osan-si. D.
2.
