1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 21,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 23, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Claim for the remainder of loans 25 million won (loan 5 million won as of November 13, 2012, loan 20 million won as of April 18, 2013, loan 20 million won as of April 18, 2013, the remainder of loans 4 million won after deducting the repayment amount from the remainder of loans 21 million won and delay damages.
2. Judgment rendered for confession of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
