A. Around June 2010, the Defendant borrowed KRW 400 million from the Plaintiff, and around July 5, 2010, drafted a certificate of loan that, around July 5, 2010, the Plaintiff shall pay interest equivalent to KRW 2 million per month on the said loan to the Plaintiff.

On July 10, 2012, the Defendant agreed to pay interest equivalent to KRW 3,825,00 per month to the Plaintiff by preparing a letter of payment with respect to the instant loan, which is KRW 200 million on November 30, 2012, and KRW 200 million on June 30, 2013.

C. From July 10, 2010 to September 17, 2013, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff the principal amounting to KRW 84,00,000,000 and partial interest, but still failed to repay the principal and interest equivalent to KRW 461,350,00 [the unpaid principal amount = KRW 145,350,000].
