When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
Around July 2014, the Defendant was a person who is staying in the capacity of Cambodia for marriage Dong (F-6-1). Around July 2014, the Defendant received a proposal that “C” means that “I will arrange to enter the Republic of Korea and send a fake passport to Cambodian,” and introduce a job to help him/her enter the Incheon Airport, and then I would like to give one million won per person.”
As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with Cambodia’s passport slab and contact book “C” in order to facilitate the entry of illegal official passport issuers and to encourage their employment.

In collusion with the "C" on October 6, 2014, the Defendant assisted the entry of three persons, including Cambodia’s passport D (E) that illegally issued and attempted to enter the Republic of Korea by using an unlawfully issued passport, in collusion with the "C" on contact books related to Cambodia’s passport hub, to enable them to enter the Republic of Korea by using a non-issued passport in the course of entering the Republic of Korea, including Cambodia’s passport that was illegally issued and attempted to enter the Republic of Korea. As such, the Defendant, despite having no relation with the Defendant, provided the Defendant with the personal information of the Defendant in advance through the "C" as if he visits himself, who is a relative of the Republic of Korea, and assisted the entry of the "F" in the name of the "F," to enter the Republic of Korea’s occupation instead of the "F, without a problem of entry into the official passport, and to provide the means of transportation for the purpose of escape.
